Mr. Pinoy Hawaii USA is an Competition hosted by members of the Kalayaan Philippines Hawaii International Organization. It was founded by Former President, Ben Pulido along with his daughter, Raizza (Miss Teen Hawaii Filipina 2014) in 2015, and held its first competition at the Pacific Beach Hotel on July 18, 2016. This year is the second iteration of the said pageant, and our committee is hard at work to produce another premiere production along with our bright and intelligent burgeoning leaders in the Filipino community. The 2016 Pageant will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2016 and back to the place where it all began!

 

Kalayaan Philippines Hawaii International (KPHI) is operating a venture with civic-minded individuals of the Filipino Community, and is organized under the laws of the State of Hawaii. Kalayaan Philippines Hawaii International seeks to promote and to recognize Filipino males through a yearly competition, the Mr. Pinoy Hawaii USA Pageant. In doing so, the Program has developed an identity that has achieved state recognition to advocate for the diversity of Filipino culture, tradition, the arts, and historic foundations; provide a platform for advancement in either career or in education; and to recognize and honor individuals with talent, poise, intellect, leadership and character.
